Insurance & Fees

Please note: In order to deliver the highest quality personalized care, our practice does not participate in any insurance program and operates on a direct payment basis.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of your scheduled appointment and may be arranged through our secure EHR patient portal. Patients with in-person appointments may alternatively provide payment by cash or check upon arrival, though we do require a valid card on file.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Patients have up until 48 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule at no cost. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, or no-shows, will incur a fee for the full appointment.

  • One-time 15 minute initial phone consultation. On this call, we will discuss a bit about your background, what you're looking for, and what my practice offers.

  • 75 minute appointment. We will thoroughly discuss current symptoms and functioning, review past history and background, and together develop a treatment plan focused on a biopsychosocial approach. We will also address any questions regarding the safety of medications (if recommended) and other treatment options.

  • 25 minute appointment for established patients to evaluate ongoing use of medications as well as short term psychological support. If the patient is seeing a clinician for regular therapy, we will work collaboratively with that individual to ensure comprehensive care.

  • 45 minute appointment. Generally a weekly (sometimes less) recurring appointment where we can use a wide variety of psychotherapeutic modalities to find more fulfillment and joy in life, help alleviate suffering, and reduce symptoms.

  • 60-90 minute appointment. We will thoroughly discuss current symptoms and functioning, review past history and background, and discuss treatment recommendations. We will answer any questions about medication safety. I will provide a detailed letter with treatment recommendations to your treating physician. If indicated/desired, this also includes a phone consultation with your treating clinician (psychiatrist, PCP, NP, etc.)
